Even though I am not an official spokesman for HMSHost Int, as their facilities manager I wish to convey my personal congratulation for a job well done - the construction project of Yan Can Asian Food Restaurant and bar. Especially the performance of your Senior Superintendent. His knowledge on the construction business and friendly demeanor was reflected in his management of your sub contractors and interaction with your clients and their assigns. I found your staff easy to work with and appreciate the positive attitude in dealing with the frustrations, delays, demands associated with working in a security sensitive environment.

The quality of your work is exceptional and attention to detail reflects the pride of workmanship that obviously comes down from the top. I also like to express my kudos to your subcontractors, especially Darren and Rick with Larue Plumbing and Bill Hague of Robinson Electric.

Their extensive experience in all matters of commercial construction and their abilities to bring projects in on time and within budget is excellent. We have also found their relationships with their subcontractors to be impeccable and far above the standard in the commercial construction industry.

It has come to our attention that FP Contracting has submitted a bid to you for work at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Nigel. FP Contracting has completed, or is in the process of completing, no less than fourteen projects, large and small, for The Patina Group. The most recent project completed is Tortilla Jo's Restaurant at Downtown Disney, a seventeen thousand square foot, bonded, tenant improvement with extensive exterior hardscape and building modifications. FP Contracting completed eighteen weeks of work in sixteen to meet The Patina Groups opening date without overtime claims or finger pointing to the myriad of issues this complicated project produced.
